Course Description: 
Having a fundamental understanding of writing skills and how to effectively utilize them is essential to quality report writing.  Learn about report planning, good report characteristics, report credibility, and reporting style.

This course covers best practices for writing reports that support information sharing and decision-making at the management, executive and council levels.  It will also cover the essential skills for making presentations to council.
