All purchases must be paid in full at the time of registration.


4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Live Webinars: Refunds are available if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will be granted after that point.

  • On-Demand Webinars: These are non-refundable if any portion of the content has been viewed.

  • In-Person Courses: Refunds are available only if requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled course start date.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, templates, guides, and written content are the intellectual property of BloomCME. These materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without express written consent.


6. Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your account or access to paid content is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination without refund.


7. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Our services may utilize third-party platforms such as Zoom or payment gateways. We are not liable for any issues arising from the use or failure of third-party tools.


8. Privacy and Email Consent

By purchasing from or registering with BloomCME, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to receive communications related to your purchase. You may also choose to receive our newsletter and promotional content.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

BloomCME is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our courses are for general educational purposes and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice.
